Module 1 Blog 2

This can help students in the classroom because of modeling. Due to modelings students observe one another and assume the behaviors of their friends. The things that makes a model most affective is the relatability of the imitator to the model. If both are males, then the younger will assume the role of the older and act the same. Students are each a model to oneself. Each one's behavior plays a distinct role in the others learning process. Students who lash out and act out in behavior can be modeled by other students who are their friends. Every person who steps into the classroom plays a role in the modeling. Society and culture affect learning because each one can help to shape a student into the person they are. Society allows students to accept new norms and values while culture teachs each child about their own beliefs and set of ideals. With both of these in mind, students all bring this into the classroom thus creating diversity and allowing each student to come in contact with different views other than their own. Through this process each student is affected and each is able to process new information and find new ways to learn through others.
